Big fat update part Three

Blogger set the maximum number of blogs in a blog list to 166.
That is why there were problems adding new blogs.
As a solution to this, I created a seperate caption blogs site  (see second part of the update) and renewed the list on the main page (this part of the update).
There are now 166 blogs in the list. I always keep the 166 most active blogs on the main page, which means the blogs with the 166 most recent updates.
Of course you can see ALL blogs on the seperate caption site in smaller categories.

I also added hints in squared brackets "[...]" to the blogs in the list.
[NE] means, that the blogs are in the "Non-English TG Caption Blogs"-category on the seperate caption-blogs site.
[SSCC] means, that the blogs are in the "Sissy,Shemale,CD containing TG Caption Blogs"-category on the sepreate caption-blogs site.

New Site Layout

Hi all,
a little explanation to the slightly diffrent look:
From now on, every new blog I find will appear in the new right list on the left side of the site,
so you can see which blogs are new here. I am not sure if I'll keep it that way. Please comment if you have any suggestions.

Why I changed something at all?
It got really complicated to add and delete sites/blogs from list to list + now there is a limit fo 332 blogs on the main site instead of 166, which is an improvement in my point of view.

Feel free to contact me via the contact page if you find any new blog you could share here.

TG Blogger and Webmaster Group

Hi all, due to a suggestion of the creator of the new TG Seach, you may have noticed, I created a TG Blogger and Webmaster Group on facebook. The reason for the creation of the group and what it should be for is citated here:
You must be aware how much linking to each other and social networking plays a big part in bringing huge traffic to the website. But the problem is that we (bloggers) work individually on our sites and think of other as a competitor and don't come together. Whereas, the fact is that if we come all together and form a big group, we would be able to help each other, and also it will make us very powerful on the web.
So if you are a TG blogger or Webmaster and have a fb-account (or a fake account if you want to protect your identity), you are very welcome to join this group and help yourself and the others to improve your or their work. Greets, Viola

Big News

There are some interesting things happening this time...

First of all, this site is now going into cooperation with TG Central. This means, that every new link added there, will also be added here and the other way round. The advantage for you is, that you have two sites with different types of categorizing the links, so you can find exactly what you are looking for ...and more. More information about this cooperation will follow.


Second, theis now starting over. It is created and maintained by
the above mentioned cooperation of World of TG and TG Central (or Viola and Suzy :) ).
We invite every single TG blogger and Webmaster to join this group on facebook including creating identity-independent accounts for their blogs and websites.
The idea is to connect all of you, so you can profit from this connection, find help, recieve suggestions, and much, much more.

New TG video blog

Hi all, a new TG media (videos) blog called TG Creation started a few weeks ago. I now also added it to the community list here, so you stay tuned about new posts there. A quote from the first post:
I've put together quite a number of these short videos and don't plan on stopping. So I thought it was time that I shared them with the rest of the community to see if there was any interest out there for the work I've done. A word of warning: Most of what I've put together is adult material.

An urgent matter

Dear Readers, Visitors and Followers,

It's been a while I posted a new blog-post, but I can assure you, that I keep adding new sites weekly, sometimes daily and that I read and answer all your messanges you send me via the form.

There is something very urgent, I need to tell you.
This site has been financed via advertising for as long as it existed, but now, out of sudden, my former ad-service "adsense" rejects cooperation. This is, why I now changed to clicksor. I hope to achive a similar income, but  I need your help.
So if you want to support me for keeping up this site and putting a lot of hard work into it,
all you need to do is to deactivate your adblockers for this site. (Almost every adblocker has the function to allow certain sites.) There sould be no pop-ups or annoying stuff like that, just a few banners that also help to keep the site into the shape I want it.
I'd appreciate this kind of help from every one of you.

Infrastructure Update

Hey guys and girls and everyone else,
I did a little work over the site and added the Worldoftg-Social site.
I invite you to share all your local groups, sites, social sites made for the TG community and so on.
One more feature are a new set of ways to contact me. You'll find them clicking on the contact tab.
I also did an extra email-adress for all those, who want to share their art, blogs, sites, clips,.. and so on.. with the community via this site. This is:addmyart@worloftg.com .
I'll have a look at your site/blog/art at this request, give feedback, and decide where to put it on the site.

I am prould to present you "Jade" as a coadmin of this site. She already helped me out a lot, so I made her this special offer. I am glad she accepted it.

Oh! Hai!I have been coming to worldoftg for about since mid 2011 when I got linked here from tgcomics. Late 2010 is when I became involved with Fiction Branches, and long before that I lurked Fiction Mania.Jade
Some further changes:
A lot of dead blogs have been deleted.
Moved blogs have been replaced.

I respect when you do ads in your blogs, but I won't link so called ad-traps on this site. (Has to do with reputation you know.)
I am deleting those ad-traps as well. -Without warning.

Infrastructure and Lists Update

Hi all,
as you may have noticed I did quite something to the infrastructure here.
The contact page and feedback page are now the same,
I updated and the forms,  
highlighted some assessable text lines and the news box,
added an option for music that can be quite useful when reading captions,
made a load-speed update (that's why there are now 25 blogs shown and the rest loads when you click 'show all'),
puzzeled around with the order of some link lists,
and added a quite big bunch of new and not listed TG Caption Blogs within the past few days.

I would really like many of you to take part in the polls to some of the updates I did. This way you can tell me if you like them (also to stay) or not.

Hyperactive Developing

Comparing my site-developing activities with the activities in the past months, maybe years, you may have noticed me being a bit hyperactive doing this.

My newest feature is the "Selected Pic".
From time to time, I will choose one special TG-related pic that has been published. You may want to have a closer look onto those pics, because there is always a message in those.
In my -I hope educated- opinion, the pics I choose are very special in their own way.

 Second, I added a whole bunch of new blogs in the past days (may be around 30 or something).

Worldoftg Group on deviantart.com

Hi everybody,
About a week ago, I found a new group on deviantart called Worldoftg-Group.
A lot of great TG artists joined that group already and I now implemented updates and new art-posts in this group into this site.
With one week age, the group is still in baby-steps, so give it some time to grow till you expect it to be some main TG source ;)

Edit: If it leads you to deviantart.com only, try to click the title of the artwork.

With this post I also want to mention, that something BIG is coming up. Bigger, than everything I ever did for you, the TG community. (At least it was a real huge lot of work.)

World of TG - ART

Hi everybody,
I just finished creating another part of this site.
On Worldoftg - ART, TG artists can post almost any kind of TG art as long as they follow the posting rules ;). The exceptional is, that those rules are much better than those on deviantart for example ;).
If the sites works the way I wish, it will be a great addition to World of TG ;)

Rebecca Molay has taken down her site

Hello users of Worldoftg.com,
there are some very bad news today.
Rebecca Molay has shut down her site Rebecca's World "due to hostile attacks from a person who threatens to out me" as she wrote in a mail to me.
She doesn't think she will be able to resurrect the site but will eventually put up an archive later on.
I will tell you here if and when this happens.

Attacks on several TG Artists

Even more bad news!
Rebecca is not alone. Several artists (I am not allowed to tell the names) have been attacked.
The attacks affect their identities (real ones and creative ones) and the attackers only intention seems to be to harm those bloggers and artists.
I can't tell if there is a common thread, but I also can't tell there is not, when there are meanwhile 4 affected artists within 2 weeks.
This is a warning to all of you to be careful with your real identities.

Good News

Today is time for much better news than the weeks before...
Today we, this is Terry Nova, Cheryl Sussex (tranisa.com.) and Viola (this site here) are announcing our first own project. And it is a large one!
We created a TG news site, where we and other authors like Miss Mako (and maybe others who are interested) will publish NEWS all around the TG themes.
When someone publishes a movie with TG, a new trailer is released, special things happen in our TG community or other interesting things, that touch our community, we will post it on this site.
There will be posts regularly and we start with 9 posts as I am writing this.

Some BAD news, a warning, and an invitation

1st thing:
Google/Blogger changes the adult content policy:
"If your existing blog does have sexually explicit or graphic nude images or video, your blog will be made private after March 23, 2015. No content will be deleted, but private content can only be seen by the owner or admins of the blog and the people who the owner has shared the blog with." Source
As this effects a lot of blogs this site is linking to, and many bloggers only create "adult" captions and are hosted on "Blogger", this will have a significant impact on the blogging part of the TG community.
Edit: If this -contrary to my expections- affects worldoftg.com as well, this would be the end of worldoftg.com

To the bloggers:
If you are one of those bloggers and you don't want to change the way you are captioning/creating content, I suggest to change the blog-platform. Edit: One popular option is Tumblr. You may also want to send me the link to your new blog via the contact site here, so I can add it/replace your old one.
Oh, and make sure there is a rss feed. Otherwise I can't add it to those blog lists here.

To the users: Save what you can save!
I am sure that some of the affected bloggers will stop captioning after Mach 23.

Additional Edit: Meanwhile there is a thread on tgcomics.com running on this topic.

2nd thing:

My real life is taking much more time than expected and I will not be able to run this site like I did until now. New blogs can only be added on a monthly rate (I collect the messages you send me via the contact forms and add all of them at once).

As I don't want to see this site, in which I put a damn lot effort, suffer, I am looking for help.
If you are interested in helping me with worldoftg.com and all subsites, no matter what you can/want/would do, contact me via the contact site, and we will see how you can help me.

I need HELP

Meanwhile World of TG has over 10 million visitors made of meanwhile ~250000 visitors/month.
Among the linklists for TG-related content and especially concerning the fantasy parts, this site has become the no. 1 on the internet. I set up this site on my very own and am trying to maintain it as best as I can.

But now I need your help. I can't maintain this site like I did before because I just don't have the time to do so. (reasons are studying at university, jobs,..)
I am looking for people who can do a complete restoration of the comics.worldoftg.com and media.worldoftg.com sites.
I am looking for people who would like to do a complete reorganization and renewal of the nofi.worldoftg.com site.
I am also looking for people who'd like to set up the writing.worldoftg.com site to a greater extent.
If you are interested in helping with the caption-blogs, you may want to contact me as well.

I really hope I can find help in this community making worldoftg.com a bit more of a community-driven project.

Updates happened. Changes Ahead.

Hey,

I recently updated the caption blogs lists adding quite a few new blogs. If you still find your blog missing, please contact me. Sometimes I get form-emails without a link to your blog. If you also don't give an e-mail adress in those cases, there is nothing I can do :-(, so don't forget the link ;-).

There will be changes to the site. I can't say when they are ready to be released, but I just wanted to let you know something big is on its way.
